Lorraine Toussaint is one busy woman.

Her latest project is her new NBC series ‘The Village,’ where she stars as Patricia, the matriarch of her building.

Toussaint recently stopped by the studio to dish on the new series, aligning herself with “strong” characters  and some of her forthcoming projects.
