A few weeks ago mediatakeout.com published a story about Foxy Brown allegedly saying that  Jay Z was a tranny chaser.
Apparently Foxy finds the story extremely disrespectful to her character…

Guess it’s true when they say all good things do come to an end. Gavin Marchand, brother of rapper Foxy Brown, apparently has pleaded guilty last month for using forged credit cards to go on luxurious shopping sprees and “ballin” out of control at Club Jaunt in New York City.

According to Authorities they state he spent up to a $8,000 tab on phony credit cards at an Hermes boutique in Manhattan in August 2010. Prosecutors say the cards were fake, but they had legitimate account numbers that belonged to other people.

Gavin has been sentenced to sentenced Wednesday to 2½ to five years in prison for identity theft. Hopefully next time Gavin wants to live “the good life” he will do it the legal way. What a shame!

Brooklyn MC, Foxy Brown, 32, was allegedly treated “maliciously” by the Assistant District Attorney’s Office and is now seeking retribution – as told by her lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo to the New York Post. The 32-year-old plans to file a $100 Million lawsuit even after charges were dismissed against the don diva for allegedly mooning her neighbor, Ariene Raymond. However, this is not the first time these two firecrackers have had beef.

Foxy Brown, who’s real name is Inga Marchand, was served with a protection order back in ’08 for harassing her neighbor, Raymond, (on countless occasions) and smacking her in the face with her Blackberry.  She was accused of breaching the order by baring her unmentionables to Raymond and yelling obscenities that brought the both of them to court which was settled this past Wednesday (July 13th).

Brown served an 8-month prison term in Rikers Island in 2008 for violating her probation and leaving New York City, and is now looking for more from the New York City legal system.  Nonetheless, miss Foxy is entitled to her rights, after all.
