Former Crime Mob rapper Diamond is expecting her first baby…




Last week Oxygen premiered their new series, “Sisterhood of Hip-Hop” to rave reviews and stellar ratings. The show which features five female emcees and their individual journey as artists, debuted at #2, for the most social cable reality program in primetime.

During premiere day, I had the pleasure of riding along with the ladies as they made their press stops — which ended with an exclusive premiere dinner at Del Frisco’s Grille in New York.

While the day proved to be quite in sync and on schedule, there was plenty of “dramatic” moments captured during the evening as I sat with the ladies to get the full scoop on their so-called “sisterhood”, the underlying competition, the Nicki Minaj factor, and how they plan to avoid being labeled….


In the original design for Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, ATL rapper Diamond was supposed to be in its original cast.

However,  Diamond allegedly made a run for it after her ex-boyfriend Lil Scrappy and his mother Mama Dee joined the cast…


Recently on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Lil Scrappy and his mother, Momma Dee made it quite clear that Diamond had ditched Scrappy for Soulja Boy. And when Soulja Boy broke it off with her, she ran right back to Scrappy.

None to please with how Diamond played her son, Momma Dee consistently voiced her distaste of the former Crime Mob member on the popular show. Now Diamond and Soulja Boy have finally decided to address the accusations while on the BET red carpet…



During the last few moments of Love & Hip Hop: Reality Check producer Mona Scott-Young confirmed the VH1 reality show would have a spin-off set in Atlanta. Several reality shows set in Atlanta are ratings monsters so Scott-Young, and VH1 are headed in the right direction. (more…)

Rapper Diamond talks to Ms. Drama on the BET “Green” carpet about her upcoming projects and dealing with the past label drama. Diamond touches on the man in her life (Soulja Boy) and possibly working with him on future projects. In regards to media coverage about her, Diamond offers her thoughts on blogs and dealing with the rumors and gossip. When asked which female artist she is most excited to see (during Awards), Diamond expresses she’s a fan of them and all about the “girl power” movement since females have been given such a hard time in the industry.
