Invitation-only, the event will take place on Thursday, June 27 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
The ASCAP Vanguard Award recognizes the musical genres that have helped to shape the future of American music. Past honorees include, the Beastie Boys, Santigold, Janelle Monae, Taio Cruz and Diplo.
