As reported by MSDTV, in 2006 Max B, his stepbrother and his stripper girlfriend set up a local baller in a botched robbery. Max was not present during the crime but his girlfriend testified against him in court and the rapper was found guilty.Yesterday the New Jersey Appeals Court ruled to uphold the conviction and Max won’t be eligible for parole until 2024.
