Usher Raymond Wants To Postpone Custody Hearings, Says Ex Will Get Unfair Advantage Because Of Tragedy

Usher Raymond is ready to move on with the custody battle for his two sons with Tameka Foster, but is asking for a delay in the proceedings as he does not want give his ex an unfair advantage in court because of her recent tradegy..

According  TMZ:

Document read that Usher claims moving forward with the hearing at this time would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of [the] tragedy” and also that Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son.

Tameka responds to notice saying that  Usher’s claims of stress and strain ‘bogus’ and says he only visited Kile once during the 15 days he was in the hospital and refused Tameka’s request to post a Tweet asking for prayers for Kile opting instead to Tweet about his breakfast that day.

Tameka wants to resolve the child custody issue as quickly as possible so she can move on with her life.

The next scheduled hearing is for August 13th.
