They say if “you do the crime, you must do the time”.

But professional boxer Floyd Mayweather doesn’t feel that statement should apply to him…

Mayweather’s attorneys are requesting the champ to be allowed to finish the remainder of his 89 day jail sentence for domestic violence at home because prison life is destroying his boxing career.

Floyd is being kept in isolation for 23 hours a day for his own protection but his attorneys call that cruel and inhuman punishment and say Floyd is not getting adequate food and exercise and that:

“any lengthy period of time with an inappropriate diet, coupled with lack of regular exercise, will most likely lead to irreversible damage to Mr. Mayweather’s physique.”

Floyd is asking to finishing his remaining three months on house arrest.

Does he deserve a house arrest sentence for the crime?
