Actor Jaleel White is not having a good week. After being publicly accused of having a history of violence towards his ex, the actor is again being called out for his aggression, and this time by his “Dancing With The Stars” partner, Kym Johnson.
According to Extra, White got into an altercation with his partner Kym Johnson after he accidentally stepped on her foot and she reacted negatively.
“It was a tough personal week for me, and whatever is going on, comes out,” White said to Extra backstage on Monday night’s show.
Fellow contestants Donald Driver and Mark Ballas reportedly intervened into the situation and later spoke up for White.
“[It] wasn’t as big of a deal as everyone is making it,” said Ballas. “People get stressed. People go through frustrations. It’s fine now.”
White went on to tell People Magazine:
“We go to work every day, and there is an alley full of tabloid reporters. It’s not fair to us and that’s life, and I hope people can see through it. There is no drama in my life.”
So far the offstage drama has messed with their onstage performance as White and Johnson scored an impressive 25 points with doing the rumba. Of course, MSDTV will keep you posted.
