It’s Not Over: Chris Brown’s Phone Snatching Charge Reemerges With New Witness

Singer Chris Brown had high hopes that once he left the state of Florida the alleged phone snatching charge would all of a sudden go away. Unfortunately for Breezy, the investigation has taken a turn in the prosecution’s favor as the investigation is moving outside of the Sunshine state.

According to RumorFix.com, Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle and her investigators have taken statements from local witnesses on the alleged iPhone snatching outside the Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach. The February 19th incident is now showing some out of state witness information from Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos.

Rundle says, “We now must interview these individuals, some of whom may be from out of state, just as we do in every criminal investigation in order to uncover the truth in it’s entirety.”

This may not fair well for Chris Brown since he is still on probation for his assault against Rihanna three years ago.

Of course, MSDTV will keep you posted. Stay Tuned.
