BBW Royce Reed Wants A Fair Trial, Says Custody Case Judge Is A Dwight Howard Fan

“Basketball Wives” Royce Reed says she’s not getting a fair trial in the custody case over her and NBA player Dwight Howard’s son. She wants the case reassigned asap – saying the Judge has a vendetta against women who have children out of wedlock with NBA players.

Royce Reed is battling to retain primary custody of her son. Earlier this month, Dwight filed documents to try and take custody from her claiming she interferes with his relationship and makes it difficult for him to see his son on his scheduled days.

The “Basketball Wives” star came back this week with her own motion claiming that Judge Tim Shea should be taken off the case. Reed claims that Shea has a bias against baby mamas and she believes he’s likely to side with Dwight because he’s a local celebrity.

In her filing, Reed claims Shea wouldn’t let her present her side during the court hearing last month. Reed’s lawyer filed an affidavit stating that during the hearing, Judge Shea said he would award Howard custody, then decided to delay his decision despite the fact that no evidence had been presented in the case.

Reed also claims there is a conflict of interest since Shea’s own website lists one of Howard’s lawyers, Mayanne Downs, as one of his endorsers (see below).

Does this seem like a fair trial? Let MSDTV know.
