Azealia Banks Talks Urban Female Artists, Possible Nicki Minaj Collaboration

Yesterday we reported T.I. gave Azealia Banks some advice about counting her paper (so she won’t worry about what other people have) but she doesn’t really need it.

Banks will be counting stacks, on stack, on stacks very soon. She’s been hitting studios in Europe to work on material, doing photo shoots to raise awareness of her music, and kicking it with the likes of P. Diddy. Now she may be ready to give it a go with the baddest femcee right now — Nicki Minaj.

Banks sat down for a talk with VIBE magazine to talk about Minaj’s work; its influence on other female artists; expectations for “Pink Friday,” and the possibility of collaborating  with the fellow alumna of New York City’s prestigious arts school LaGuardia High School of Music, Art, and Performing Arts [Full Disclosure: Graham is a graduate of LaGuardia].

Banks’ take on collaborating with Minaj:

“Hell yeah. Nicki Minaj is mad sexy.”

Do you believe these ladies can make a track that’s so good it’ll make you want to slap your momma?

Stay tuned for more.
