A Hard Knock Life Indeed: Max B Loses Appeal, Must Serve 30 Years Behind Bars

Dipset affiliate Max B won’t be packing his bags anytime soon. The  famed “hook” rapper has been denied his appeal for the last time. According to reports from RapDose, Max B won’t be eligible for parole until November 9, 2042.

Read the rest of the story after the break:

While the the Harlem rapper had high hopes of having his conviction overturned today, the verdict read quite differently – Max B  must spend a minimum of 30 years behind bars due to his conviction stemming from a robbery-homicide in 2006.

According to New Jersey prosecution, the rapper recruited his ex-girlfriend and stepbrother to rob two men at a Holiday Inn located in New Jersey where one of the men was killed execution style and died later. As a result, Max B was convicted of nine out of 11 counts of conspiracy, robbery, and murder charges.

I’m assuming French Montana isn’t too happy about this news.

Of course, MSDTV will keep you posted. Stay Tuned.
