Soulja Boy was arrested early this morning for weed possession — and according to the local law enforcement the amount of marijuana and cash confiscated from the rapper – was enough to set up shop.

The 21-year-old rapper, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, was stopped early this morning by Temple Police Department officers in Temple, GA at 3:15 AM for a routine traffic violation.

During their stop, cops found a “substantial amount” of marijuana and cash inside the vehicle.” According to a source connected with the incident, there was roughly $70,000 worth of cash and weed in the car.

In addition to the money and drugs, law enforcement sources tell us officers also found guns inside the car — although it’s unclear if any of the 5 men had the proper licenses to be in possession of the firearms.

Not surprisingly, all 5 men (including the car service driver) were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
