The unlikely duo joined together on stage at the 2nd Annual OVO (October’s Very Own) Festival last Sunday, July 31st in Toronto.

The 22 Grammy-award winning singer-songwriter, Stevie Wonder leaped at the opportunity to collaborate with Canadian Recording Artist/Actor, Drake on his upcoming second studio album, “Take Care.” In an interview with MuchMusic, Drake said of working with the, “I Just Called to Say I Love you,” Singer, “Stevie Wonder is a very close friend of mine. I’m honored to call him a friend, someone who embraced me very early in this music business. Stevie Wonder is actually on Take Care. He helped me out with a lot of the music, just came and sat with me, listened to my music, told me where I could add a couple things to make it more sonically appealing, and not only that but we actually are writing together, which is an incredible experience.” Although Drake is a big fan of Wonder, it is clear that Wonder is also a big fan of Drake. Even better, the two entertainers grooved together so well that they ended up scripting a total of six songs!
