I love you, but I can't save you!
Oprah Winfrey decided to address the die-hard soap fans who have been “bombarding her” about the cancellation of recent daytime soaps (i.e. All My Children and One Life To Live). In the 2 minute clip below, the Big O explains why she is not interested in taking on the responsibility of the legendary soaps which haven’t been getting good ratings. She basically laid out to fans that the soaps are a dying breed and there ain’t no money in them! (I may have ad-libbed a little in that last line, lol). So for those of you who were hoping that OWN would pick it up – it ain’t happening folks! (sad face)
