Unity In Death: Waka Flocka and Gucci Mane Pay For Slim Dunkin’s Funeral

Hip-Hop has always been a brotherhood. Even in death, Slim Dunkin is being taken care of by two of the men he worked closely with; Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame. The rappers will be taking care of most of the cost for the young rapper’s funeral on Friday, December 23. Slim Dunkin’s funeral will be held in Atlanta at 11 a.m. at Berean Christian Church.
MSDTV would like to express our condolences to Mario “Slim Dunkin” Hamilton’s family, friends and associates.

Waka Flocka Flame Speaks On His Union With Suge Knight

We heard of Waka Flocka Flame & ex-Death Row owner Suge Knight uniting a few weeks back. That made a lot of head turned & say “WTH”? In a recent interview with hiphopnews24-7.com, the rapper explained the unusual union.
“Suge is just here because I grab game from Suge,” Waka said, referring to Knight’s experience in the record industry. “He’s shown me his mistakes, he’s tellin’ me his mistakes. He told me the mistakes he made so I don’t make the same mistakes. I’m looking forward to that. I wasn’t looking [at it] like, ‘I got Suge, I got the West Coast.’ … I wasn’t looking at it like that, but it comes with it.”
We don’t know what he’s planning to do with Suge but we’ll definitely keep you posted on this story.

News: “Ferrari Boyz” Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Host Listening Party For New Album In ATL |Photos|

The self-titled “Ferrari Boyz”, Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka hosted a listening party at Atlanta’s infamous PatchWerk Studios, where they played cuts off of their new album with the same name. Those in attendance included, MMG’s Wale, Lex Luger, Bricksquad artist Slim Dunkin, and more. Check out pictures from the event after the break.
The artists also released “15th and the 1st” – a track off their upcoming album scheduled to drop August 9th. The new collaborative street album from the Atlanta rappers is said to include 16 tracks, some of which features production from Drumma Boy, Fat Boi and Shawty Redd.
“15 and the 1st” will be the third song released from the album; you can find the first two here, posted earlier by MSDTV!
