R. Kelly received a very un-warm welcome as the singer was recently booed by fans in Texas who thought they were getting a concert but instead received a club walk thru instead.

R&S Reports:

R. Kelly was booked to appear at club Mansion in Austin, TX on Saturday for an even billed as ‘An Intimate Night with R. Kelly’.

Fans shelled out $30 a ticket expecting to hear a few songs and were shocked when R showed up late, walked straight to VIP and closed a curtain around himself.

Moments, later still partially hidden, Kelly fired off an cappella version of Bump and Grind and a short rendition of the Ignition remix.

Fans booed until the promoter took the stage and explained R was simply hosting and not scheduled to perform, and then the fans booed some more.

R Kelly left the venue a short time later.

And for BET co-hosts Terrance J and Rosci, their expiration dates will be up as the two are rumored to be replaced next season on 106th and Park.

The news comes right after Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall were also dropped from BET’s “The Game”.

“106 & Park” co-host Rocsi Diaz has her sights on Hollywood. The Honduran-Chilean beauty is leaving the BET show after nearly seven years and moving to California to pursue acting.

Her “106” sidekick, Terrence J, is also said to be leaving the show to pursue acting. Terrence is dating model Selita Ebanks.

The Queen Of Disco, Donna Summer Dies At Age 63 From Cancer

Donna Summer, who has been called the Queen of Disco, died this morning after a battle with lung cancer. The singer was 63 years old.

TMZ Reports:

The singer was trying to keep the extent of her illness under wraps and was focused on trying to finish up an album she had been working on. She was in Florida the time of her death.

Summer was a 5-time Grammy winner who shot to superstardom in the ’70s with iconic hits like “Last Dance,” “Hot Stuff” and “Bad Girls.”
