Rumor has it Beyonce and Jay-Z have named the queen of all media Oprah Winfrey as Blue Ivy’s godmother. We’re going to hold off on jumping for joy since we didn’t fall for the “Jay-Z drops ‘bitch’ from his rhymes” hoax. However, we’re hoping the story is absolutely true.
Winfrey’s first gift to baby Blue was a trunk of children’s books. What a fitting gift from the fairy godmother of the book industry. We dare say her book club introduced the joy of reading to Americans.
Fans on Facebook speculate Jay-Z will name famed investor Warren Buffet Blue Ivy’s godfather. This would make Blue Ivy the most powerful goddaughter in the world.

A man once said “we’re never going to survive unless we get a little crazy.” Apparently Seal and Heidi Klum weren’t crazy enough for their marriage to last. After renewing their vows every year and donning some of the wildest costumes the world has ever seen, the handsome twosome are heading to splitsville.
According to TMZ, Heidi Hlum will cite irreconcilable differences when she files for divorce in Los Angeles sometime next week. We don’t know if the couple has a prenuptial agreement but Heidi did rake in upwards of $20 million in the past year.
We can honestly say we didn’t see this coming and are kind of sad.

Civil rights leaders are human too but it’s surprising to hear Rainbow PUSH Coalition founder Jesse Jackson is alleged to owe almost $12,000 in child support. Karin Stanford, the mother of Jackson’s 12-year-old daughter Ashley claims Jackson did not pay child support to the tune of $11,694.50.
The Enquirer reports:
After admitting paternity, the former Democratic presidential hopeful paid court-ordered support and regularly visited Ashley at Stanford’s California home for the past decade.
But according to the court documents, Jackson – who’s remained married to wife Jackie – failed to pay support from December 2010 until August 2011, including minimal monthly fees of $400.
“Karin has tried so many times to work with Jesse on their financial agreement,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “But he was only paying when he felt like it, so she’s taking him to court.”
During his appearance on today’s live episode of “The Wendy Williams Show” Jackson denied owing any child support.

It’s rumored Kobe Bryant wants to work on his ailing marriage. TMZ reports the Lakers guard — who’s been dubbed “Mr. 105″ for his supposed number of jump-offs — wants his children to grow up in a two-parent home.
We’re told Kobe is “deeply depressed” over the situation — and is very concerned about how his daughters will handle growing up in two separate households.
Perhaps Bryant should wonder how his daughters will handle growing up in a home with a father who has cheated on their mother on numerous occasions. This is the time when Kobe should heed the adage “be the example.”

Well, he sure moves on fast! According to MediaTakeout.com (MTO) Kobe Bryant has been playing the field (pun totally intended) with Playboy model Jessica Burciaga. If her name sounds familiar, it’s because she was linked to boxer Floyd Mayweather. MTO also learned Kobe was making it rain for Burciaga — somewhere in the seven figure range.

We get it, reality TV is a big deal in the television industry. Some reality TV stars have parlayed their 15 plus minutes into book deals, spinoffs, product endorsements and the like. However, at times it seems as if people get a little too big for their britches.
According to Star Magazine, after Kim Zolciak announced her own show, “Don’t Be Tardy For the Wedding,” NeNe did not approve.
“She’s furious that Kim got her own show and she didn’t,” a source told the tabloid, adding that NeNe’s got at least one other gripe about the network: “She’s saying she’s too big for ‘RHOA,’ and Bravo doesn’t pay her enough.”
Didn’t you get the memo? She’s very rich, b*tch.

The P. Diddy inspired group, Diddy-Dirty Money, has apparently hit a snag – as group member Kalenna Harper has apparently called it quits — so that she can focus on launching her solo career.
The 29 year-old singer/songwriter that is 1/3 of the Diddy-Dirty Money group, Kalenna, is now looking to focus her energies on her career as a solo artist. Although the singer emerged on the scene as part of the Dirty Money squad, which won for Best Group at the 2011 BET Awards, Kalena says the group is no longer her concern:
“As of now, Kalenna is solely focusing on her solo career and that is all that concerns her at the moment,” her rep tells TheYBF.com. “Dirty Money is a hind thought and doesn’t seem to be in any future plans.”
Kalenna is now set to release “Got To Work,” her debut solo single and viral visual on 11/11/11. The songstress describes her music as “experimental harmonies over worldly tracks paired with lyrics from a diary tucked deeply into heart that has beat to and for so many.”
Um..Sounds…like a mouthful?

As you can see, these pictures surface the internet yesterday & it raised a lot of eyebrows. We know she’s part of the Love & Hip Hop 2 cast so a publicity stunt was the first thing to come to mind. Like every artist who voices their opinion or wants to address a situation, she took to Twitter and spoke on the rumor.

It looks like R & B singer Ashanti may have a new singing gig starting next year. According to MediaTakeOut.com Ashanti is replacing the Black Eyed Peas front woman, Fergie as she takes a leave of absence in November.
MTO’s sources report: “The group had been looking for a replacement for some time.”
And conveniently, Ashanti who had already been added to the group’s world tour – had her audition while touring — and was evaluated to see if she could work with the band which she successfully accomplished – without a hitch.
And although there has not been an official announcement made — as yet — Black Eyed Peas member Taboo announced earlier this week that as of Nov 23rd (the group’s last official tour date) Fergie is taking an indefinite leave of absence.
Taboo told The New Times, “we have to respect Ferg. Ferg is our sister. She definitely wants to have a family, and we’re happy for her.”
Ashanti and The Black Eyed Peas have already been on tour for nearly a month and it is said the annoncement will be made in a few weeks.
