Eric Gardner‘s mother Gwen Carr is just one of the people featured in TV One’s new docu-series, Two Sides. I had the pleasure of talking to her and the series’ producer, Julius Tennon a couple weeks ago about the series that examines some of the African-American deaths involving law enforcement.

Last week I had the distinct pleasure of interviewing the iconic Clive Davis on his new doc, Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives.

During the interivew, Davis broke down his five decades in the music industry and some of the phenominal artists he cultivated. From Blues to Rock to R&B and Hip Hop, Davis shared of some his fondest memories in music from working with Aretha Franklin to Puff Daddy. He also talked about some of the challenges he faced over the years and how he overcame.

Yesterday, comedian-actor Colton Dunn stopped by the Urban Suite to discuss the third season of NBC’s the Superstore — where he plays the super sarcastic Garrett.

Dunn, who also was a lead write on Comedy Central’s Key & Peele, also dished on if he would be down for a reboot of the sketch comedy show and what Peele had to say about Get Out when he first considered it…
