SylJ ohnson, who is soul singer, Slyleena Johnson’s father filed lawsuits against Usher and the existing members of Run-D.M.C for copyright infringement for sampling his 1967 hit Different Strokes without permission.

The suit also names Sony Music and Universal Music Group.
