Chad OchoCinco Johnson seems to be in hot water once again.
And this time, it could be giving the former NFL player a year stint in jail…
According to Gossip Extra, since Chad was convicted of domestic battery back in 2000 for slapping his then girlfriend (who had been accused of cheating on him) the Broward County State Attorney could bump Chad’s current misdemeanor charge up to a felony and mandatory prison sentence of up to one year.
According to the attorney:
“Whether the previous incident happened in California or Florida, it doesn’t make a difference. I’ve seen it done with other suspects.”
