Bobby Brown is hurting just as much as the rest of Whitney Houston’s surviving family — including their daughter Bobbi Kristina — but is his presence not welcome at his ex-wife’s funeral?
According to TMZ’s sources in Bobby Brown’s camp, Houston’s family does not want Brown in attendance at Houston’s funeral. However, Brown is hoping the family puts any grievances aside so he can attend the funeral to bid farewell to his ex, and to comfort his daughter Bobbi Kristina.
Initially, several media sources reported Whitney Houston’s family would have a public viewing for family and friends at the Prudential Center in New Jersey. However, the family has only scheduled a private viewing, and funeral.
Houston will be laid to rest on Saturday at noon at New Hope Baptist Church, which seats approximately 1,500 people.
