It’s been alleged that Gabriel Aubry, the father of Halle Berry’s daughter Nahla is a hot-head. After the latest bomb Berry has dropped, he may just explode.
Halle Berry wants to move to France — and she wants to take Nahla. Berry is very close to marrying her beau, actor Olivier Martinez. Needless to say Aubry is not the pleased.
TMZ has learned Halle filed papers with the court requesting the move and the hearing is pending. Sources tell us Gabriel is livid because he believes the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter.
Unfortunately for Aubry, the law may not be on his side. Berry’s latest stalker was just released from jail, and Berry and Martinez will eventually get married. So, Berry’s safety and the stability of her current relationship weighs more than her past with Aubry.
