After 13 years of marriage it seems as if Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith are really calling it quits.

Initially the couple denied their marriage was on the rocks, even after it was reported they were separated as of August 2011. In Touch Weekly is reporting Jada Pinkett-Smith has secured the services of high-powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser. Wasser has served the divorce attorney for Kim Kardashian, Christina Aguilera, and Mariah Carey.

Sources still cite the chosen careers of the Smith’s youngest children; Jaden and Willow as a point of contention between the couple. In addition to sharing children, homes, and other property the couple co-own Overbrook Entertainment.
