Early this morning TMZ reported comedian Tracy Morgan was hospitalized at the Sundance Film Festival. Morgan was being honored at the “Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City, Utah — and sources tell TMZ, he appeared extremely intoxicated during his award acceptance speech [sic].”

Morgan fell unconscious after being escorted from the building and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Over the years Morgan has had run-ins with the law, martial issue leading to a divorce and substance abuse issues.
