Sources told TMZ Vanessa was just fed up with Kobe being an unfaithful husband. Just like in 2003, when he was charged with sexually assaulting a Colorado woman, he’s willing to do anything to save their 10 and a half years marriage. Legal documents show Vanessa is asking for joint custody of their 2 daughters with visitation rights from their daddy. Two more things: She keep half of his earnings (no prenup) & that 4 million dollars ring he gave her at their wedding, she’s keeping it.
