Billboard may have just put the cherry on top of Lil Wayne’s amazing year. Tha Carter IV sold almost a million copies in less than one week; Wayne had four number one singles and the I Am Still Music tour grossed more than $46 million dollars. Now, Billboard has named the rapper and Young Money CEO the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Artist of 2011.
Lil Wayne’s been doing something right as his artist Nicki Minaj came in #2 on Billboard‘s list of 2011′s top artists and holds it down as the Top Rap Artist of the Year.
