Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mama has apparently had a change of heart — or maybe a dose of sanity — as the baby mama accuser, Mariah Yeater, has decided to drop her paternity lawsuit against the singer.

According to TMZ, the suit was quietly dismissed late last week by Yeater’s lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, who have also decided to withdraw from her case as well.

As reported by MSDTV, Justin had planned to take a DNA test when he returned to the U.S. to prove that the accusations were indeed false. His team was also prepared to send out a lawsuit of their own to Yeater and her lawyers for making bogus claims.

Not surprisingly, after a follow up from Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, Yeater’s team got the message and apparently dropped their case – like a stack a bricks.
