As reported by MSDTV Musiq Soulchild has be gearing up for the release of his sixth studio album, MUSIQINTHEMAGIQ, and has just released his latest music video, “Yes” where he plays the finance of a cancer survivor.

Soulchild, who was recently signed on as one of the ambassadors for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Circle of Promise, explains that the fight against breast cancer is extremely dear to him because of his large female fan base who has been so instrumental in his success:

“I care because they are at risk. They have always supported me and it’s time that I return the favor and support them. I feel the need to make an impact before breast cancer impacts them and if my music can be the vehicle, then I am happy to serve.”
